I know nothing about the topic, but I think this might be helpful: http://www.anatomy.org/content/professional-development

OpenStudy (abb0t):

With the first degree, it is often difficult to find a job in the U.S. They will most likely require a secondary degree (meaning masters or doctorates) to teach. However, I am sure that you could maybe find a job in a laboratory. Seeing as how anatomy is closely related to Biology, and assuming you took all the prerequisite courses for your degree; such as physiology, microbiology, general biology and so forth, working in a microbiology research lab might also be an option. But the pay will definitely not be as much in comparison to someone who has a masters or doctorates degree in that field of biology.
