Find the circumference of each coin. Use formula C=piD Larger coin C=6Pi smaller coin =2Pi Now divide the larger by the smaller (6Pi)/(2Pi) = 3 looks like it would make 3 revolutions.

I hope it is correct, I believe your intuition is correct. One revolution of the small coin would cover its circumference in distance.
