but I need someone to explain how to get those answers?

HI :DD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for question 2. you need to use the angle sum formula. As you have 5 sides i think it is (n-2) x 180 degrees n = number of sides on polygon. so you have 5 sides sub that into equation. you get 3 x 180 = 540 degrees. So total sum of that pentagon ( 5 sides) must equal to 540. you have 124 , 95, 143, 92. Add all 4 up and minus that from 540. So 540- 454 = 86 degrees.

For number 3 you set the equation up like this: 2(3x-5)=5x-2 6x-10=5x-2 x=8 Then plug back in to the 3x-5 to get 19.

For number 4, you should first start with the fact that the 3 angles of a triangle add up to 180. The equation would be set up as follows: 8x+11x-1+7x-1=180 Solve for x and you have your answer.
