U can say division property of equality but it is also called converse of muliplication property of equality. This is because u are dividing both sides by 3.

Multiplication property of equality. To solve an equation like that you multiply both sides by the reciprocal of the coefficient of the variable. Some people like to think in terms of division since division is the same as multiplying by the reciprocal
