What ideals of capitalism, religion, and culture are tied together?

Well (from my point of view) , the western culture is largely driven by money and making larger profits at the expense of the smaller/weaker individuals and companies. Religion links to culture as many people incorporate it into their everyday lives and some religions (Judaism) is thought of as a culture by some. The churches gather a large amount of land and money which they use to run (essentially like a business). Hope this helps a little bit, even if it isn't completely conclusive.
