I think this is what it looks like. you could use the Pythagorean theorem here

is it tan^-1 (.75/18)=0.04 and tan^-1(.75/18)=1.53 as the final answer

I did. we don't have actual values for the sides (hence the x)
So we cant use tan etc.

remember that the sides are in a ratio.
a:b is 0.75. They're both unknown so they're both x.
a is 0.75x
b is 1x
