it looks like they want you to use the quadratic equation. do you know what that is?

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

*quadratic formula* I meant

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have to use the quadratic formula to get the answers; I got -.6 and -1.64

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

she/he wants steps @fiercesteak

OpenStudy (fernandez555):

@fiercesteak @StudyGurl14 no i have not used the quadratic formula in over a year. i do not remember how to do it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-b plus or minus sqrt b^2 - 4ac all of that over 2a

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just google it it's not that hard

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

hold on...I'm typing up the equation

OpenStudy (fernandez555):

@fiercesteak i did all that and i cant get it, thats why i put it on here asking for the work/answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is so hard about plugging in values? O.o A=4 B=9, and C=4; you use the quadratic formula and plug in those numbers; that's ALL you do
