40 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.40 mm, 0.004 mm I believe.

OpenStudy (ranga):

^^^ exactly in reverse order.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It says from most to least, so wouldn't it be the higher ones first?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah

OpenStudy (ranga):

Most precise is 0.004 because it measures up to third decimal place.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The farther from the decimal is the least

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But you are still wrong ranga

OpenStudy (ranga):

If something is measured to several decimal places it is a more precise measuring instrument. If thickness is: 2.4 mm and 2.47 mm, the second is more precise because it measures up to 2 decimal places whereas the first one measures to just one decimal place.
