discrimination is one of the stupid things humans love and i agree with @Ashleyisakitty it would be more under psychology as discrimination would be it has parts of history but isnt a history topic

I took it down because in the first place it wasn't a history question. it was also unrelated to education. And exactly questions like these always tend to end in a big discussion with a lot of insults and inappropriate behavior. I was just trying to prevent that as it happened a lot of times before here on OpenStudy.

I have been viewing this conversation for some time. I will outline a few scenarios.

1. Homosexuality can be considered an offensive topic; conflicting opinions can cause disruption and incite drama.

2. Discussion will have to directly related to homosexual history (i.g., homosexual rights and homosexual activism in the United States, domestic, and/or international.)

These types of discussions are a slippery slope, much like religion. While it's not inherently against the Code of Conduct, it is discouraged, and a moderator reserved the right; granted to him by the Terms and Service, to delete the thread based on his discretion.

If you feel someone is being offensive on your topic in relation to the aforementioned topics, then report it to a moderator. If it continues to happen, the thread may be deleted altogether. You may or may not be notified, and you may or may not receive a warning, verbal or otherwise.

If a moderator feels it' unfit, he or she reserves every right to delete it.
