Do you know how to input scientific notations on your calculator?

Yeah Kind of... XD

I don't know what type of calculator you have but with mines, lets use question a, I'll input 4.00 (which has 3 sig fig) then hit the "EE" button on my calculator, then input 2. Press the division button, input 2.000 (this # have 4 sig fig), hit the "EE" button again, then hit 2, then hit equal. you should get your answer. In multiplication and division, to know how many sig fig, you'll need to find out which number have the smallest sig fig. For addition and subtraction, the number with the least figure that is closest to the decimal will tell you how many figures to use in your answer. Take question d, one number have 2 figures after the decimal and the other have 3 figures after the decimal. Your answer should contain two figures after the decimal. I hope this was what you're looking for and hope it helped you out. :)
