HELP HELP HELP! Two circles intersect at A and B and, from any point P on AB produced tangents PQ and PR are drawn to the circles. Prove that PQ=PR.

is there any missing info such as the two circles are the same size or something like that? in order to prove PQ=PR, u probably need to find a pair of congruent shapes or same arc or chord...after staring a sketch for half an hour, i just dont see it. sketch attached here in case it helps someone to figure out the solution :)
