let the width be w and height be h then use the formula 2w + 2h <200

2(36) + 2(99) < 200 72 + 198 < 200 I messed up somewhere but I can't see it >-<

equation is 2w + 2h < 200 on dividing with 2 it comes out to be w + h < 100 we have w = 36 it means... 36 + h <100 => h < 100 - 36 => h < 64 therfore... the answer comes out to be D
