I know for apple it's in the process I believe. Not sure when the android would have one or if it'll be made for the android.

She's a busy woman, so it could take a while. Just tag her maybe once a day in this post. She will come check it eventually. She checked mine yesterday almost right away. @Compassionate might know too.

You definitely do not want to keep tagging anyone. That tends to get a bit irritating after awhile. Please note Preetha is very busy as mentioned before. @beccaboo333 no, only ONCE. There is no per second, minute, hour, day, etc.... That consists of tagging multiple times.

Currently, on Android, the site is accessible without an app. It works quite transparent, too.

It may be a while, Although we have been working on it for a while, the coding is complex and can take a while.

I won't give you a time estimate since we really aren't sure. OS is a huge system with over a Million people hitting on it currently.
