4ab^2 -3ab^2
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
ab^2(4-3)
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
4*a*b^2-3*a*b^2=(4-3)*a*b^2
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
a*b^2 is common in both the terms !
OpenStudy (anonymous):
ab^2

yes
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
so we take out ab^2 in both the terms and write the given problem as 4*a*b^2-3*a*b^2=(4-3)*a*b^2
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
ab^2 (4-3)=4ab^2 -3ab^2
OpenStudy (anonymous):
would it be ab^4 or woud it be ab^2 ?

ab^2
OpenStudy (anonymous):
thanks for the explaination bro
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
assume it like this !
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
4ab^2-3ab^2=4*a*b*b-3*a*b*b=a*b*b(4-3)
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
4ab^2-3ab^2=4*a*b*b-3*a*b*b=a*b*b(4-3)=a*b*b=ab^2
because 4-3 =1

no its a pre test i'm just trying to get a brief introduction on what i'm learning throughout this course.
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
3*x^2y-x^2y=3*x*x*y-x*x*y=x*x*y*(3-1)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
so it equals 2 right ?
OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):
x*x*y*(3-1) =?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
?=2 ?

x*x*y*(3-1) =x*x*y* (2) !
