a mixture of sugar and water can be separated by _________ . Choose all that apply. using a magnet? boiling the mixture? evaporating the mixture? using a filter?
@Isaiah.Feynman @douglaswinslowcooper
magnet won't filter won't boiling won't evaporating will leave you with sugar crystals and salt crystals, mixed but "separated"?
So I suppose just evaporating? @douglaswinslowcooper
I guess so.
This quiz has taken me I think over an hour. It's ridiculous. Thanks for the help! @douglaswinslowcooper
Glad to have been some help.
Just evaporating the mixture. Because the sugar is dissolved, filtering wouldn't work, nothing in the mixture is magnetic, and unless you boil it enough to evaporate all the water, that wouldn't work, it would just leave you with a more concentrated sugar syrup (like candy-making).
the answers are evaporating the mixture and boiling the mixture hopes this helps to anyone and everyone
