That is the world trade centre, Al-Qaeda was the terrorist organization to fly and crash a plane into it. So it is C. Al-Qaeda.

Note, a lot of theories think it wasn't really Al-Qaeda but the United States to crash a plane into the world trade centre as it would give them good reason to go to war with Iraq.
