what would be the advantage of a product to act as an allosteric inhibitor to more than 1 enzyme (i.e. at least 2) in it's synthetic pathway?

it's good information, but not really what i'm looking for. It did have a short paragraph on feedback inhibition, but it was rather basic. I'm looking for something more meaty. Thanks, though !
