Please help me to answer this problem . its is my Project in Physics - A 1000kg motorcycle carrying a 70kg rider comes to a stop 40m from a speed of ah 50km/h when it brakes are aplied in the force excerted by the brake and the force experiment by the rider . Please answer i need it now :(

OpenStudy (lastdaywork):

Let M = mass of motorcycle m = the mass of rider a = average (retarding) acceleration s = distance traveled under retardation u = initial speed Use - 2as = u^2 (don't worry about sign of a) Force exerted by brake = (M+m)a Force experienced by the rider = Pseudo force from his frame of reference
