Find the slope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

slope of what???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(3, -3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its a point and slope is for line.so have you another point???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ITS a straight line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(3 , -3) is a point not a straight line. there is something missing in your question

OpenStudy (john_es):

May be is a straight line that has also the point (0,0), and then the general form is, \[y=ax\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so in that case the slope is -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it was 4/7

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

No, it's not. Points do NOT have "slope". If this truly is the COMPLETE problem statement (What is the slope of (3,-3)?), it is quite flawed and you should address it with the test designer or printer - whichever made the grave error.
