Well when you subtract that...you have x² - 10x -(x² - 6x) ---------- the x² obviously cancel out...so all we deal with here is the...-10x - (-6x) this is the same as....-10x + 6x right? so that leaves us with -4x....now just bring down the next term in the sequence...and see what choice you get?

lol yes it is D...when you bring down the next term (which is +24) you have -4x + 24 Which is D
