When treating heart failure, why some drugs improve symptoms without reducing mortality?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because it just depends on what it is made out of, like if it was made out of nicotine there will be a 50%-50% chance of you getting addicted and the more you do it the more your heart is in danger and also it depends on how hi the dosage is on the nicotine. But if it didn't have any nicotine it will not affect your heart because you wont get addicted.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@AlexanderGallo there is not a 50%-50% chance of getting addicted. thats like saying you have a 50%-50% chance of dying after smoking meth after 20 years

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yea i study this before maybe it is not 50%-50% chance but there is a chance

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@AlexanderGallo well i have studied in the medical field for 3 years. there is about a 85% chance of getting addicted to drugs the first time you do it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How old are you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

23
