I believe it's the answer that you can put in when you take out one of the subjects. It's not C or D for sure. So you pick which one sounds better: 
1) She went out to dinner with Julie and (your name here). 
2) Her went out to dinner with Julie and (your name here).

Thanks. I wasnt sure because it doesn't sound right to me with the whole sentence. But I went with she and was right.
