I think, so you can create a sentence with "se", you should know what it means and the other conjugations. The main verb is "Saber". It means, to know. It is also an indicative present tense:

Saber - To know | [Indicative] Present Tense
(yo) sé - (I) know
(tú) sabes - (you (informal)) know
(él/ella) sabe - (he/she) knows
(usted) sabe - (you (formal)) know
(nosotros) sabemos - (we) know
(ellos) saben - (they) know
(ustedes) saben - (you guys) know

So now you know that "sé" is used when you are saying, in the sentence, that "I know". So what so you know? First, try to create in ENGLISH a sentence that starts with "I know..." Then, try your very, very best to translate it into Spanish and post it here and I will correct it if needed. :}
