Please help! Medals will be given Draw the winter in the northern hemisphere at vernal equinox.

OpenStudy (turingtest):

I don't know what they mean "draw the winter" but during the equinox both hemispheres are equidistant from the sun, so there is no winter.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's not about which hemisphere is closest to the sun, since the difference between Earth's aphelion and perihelion is about 400 times the diameter of the planet. But you're right that at equinox it's neither summer nor winter.

OpenStudy (turingtest):

My mistake, I should have said that both hemispheres are equally tilted towards the sun.

Thanks :)
