if it is a rhombus, then the perimeter is just 4 times the length of a side. (A rhombus has 4 sides of the same length). The area is just the base (length of a side) times the height (the vertical distance from a vertex to the base).

you can check by computing the distance between the points which make up a side. do you know the distance formula?
