OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are the coordinates of the four vertices of the graph: (x+2)^2/9 + (y+3)^2/16=1 ? I think I've already found two of them-- (-2, -1), (-2, 7)?

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Vertex is (-2,-3) a=4 and 4 units above (-2,-3) is (-2,1) and 4 units below (-2,-3) is (-2,-7)

OpenStudy (mertsj):

b=3. 3 units right and 3 units left of the center is (-5,-3) and (1,-3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

centre is(-2,-3) a=3,b=4 (-2-3,-3)and (-2+3,-3) i.e., (-5,-3),(1,-3) and (-2,-3+4),(-2,-3-4) i.e.,(-2,1),(-2,-7)
