Which is the entire verb phrase in this sentence? Sarah must have been diligently working on her project for months. A. must have been B. have been diligently working C. must have been working D. working
I am pretty sure it would be B bc have been are helping verbs and working is the verb. The verb phrase also includes verb modifiers so diligently would most likely be in it too.
