Construct a simple graph with vertices D,E,F,G,H,I whose valences are 3, 4, 3, 1, 2, 3 What is the edge set? I tried adding up all the valences and dividing them by 2 to get the number of edges, and I got 8. My online work said this answer was incorrect.
