i just need a quadratic function in standard form that a,b,c do not equal 0 and atleast two methods can be used to determine graph of my function

was not there for the lesson, no reteachs.. so im lost :(

Can graph by finding the vertex and then finding 2 points on one side of the vertex and using symmetry or with a graphing calculator.
