OpenStudy (richyw):

m is your slope, b is your y intercept. what is the slope of this line?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you find your slope (m) by looking at the rise over run. This means how much your line changes from one coordinate to another. So... you rise is -1 and your run (sideways) is 1 so your slope=-1 b=where your line crosses the y axis, this would be at 0, so your equation would be y=-1x+0 or just y=-1x
