Hello guys... I just wondering where everyone start is Intro 6.00 the place to start?? Thx for any help you all have to offer..
It's one of the best places to begin, absolutely. Also nice is cs50 from Harvard is open source: https://cs50.harvard.edu/ Can watch lectures, walkthorughs, and seminars, as well as do all the problem sets. If you want your submissions graded for a pass/fail certificate you can take the class through the MOOC EdX: https://www.edx.org/ which is likely where you found 6.00x from MIT, unless you've been using OCW.
Just remember that MIT is an engineering school. They assume that entering freshmen have had at least pre-calculus. Stanford's intro course, using Java, isn't as mathy. http://see.stanford.edu Click on the courses button.
