Question

So I have a quick question that I'm always having trouble with. Say you ran for 2 minute and 45 seconds. How would you convert that so it would just be completely in seconds? Thank you in advance.

use 1 min = 60 sec
so 2 min = 2x 60 sec = ____ sec

add this to the 45 seconds you already had
