1. "it all depends on the individual; everyone who wants peace will live in peace
2. i rest if I've got nothing else to do. Not because there's a god but just if i feel like it
3. "we can have a shooting match id you like"
4. "If he ever manages to beat me here in the pool, it will be very bad indeed....Bad for us all."

Foreshadowing is an advance sign or warning of what is to come in the future.
