Your posting has some flaws: 1. The picture you posted says to find the volume 2. The picture you posted shows only two choices 3. You then post a problem that says what is the surface area of the cone shown above if r = 5 and X = 14 4. There is no such cone shown 5. There is no way to know what X represents in terms of the cone.
So if you want help, you ought to at least make sure you know what the problem is.
