Find the area enclosed by: y=1 y=-1 x=e^y x=y^2 -2

So far, I've set the x's equal to each other and got y=ln(y^2 -2). Doesn't seem right though

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

you're given bounds already, so u dont need to solve anything... simply setup the area integral directly

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

Area = \(\large \mathbb{ \int_{-1}^1 e^y - (y^2-2) dy}\)
