Question

I need help it's not a question it's a problem about my account. I can't view a question when someone mention my name in it... you know that there comes a notification saying that someone mentioned u in a question when that happens.. and after that this red massage appears at the bottom saying something about a connection lost and thats all. Once I try to view such question sometimes it keeps loading forever or sometimes they say connection error.But the most terrifying thing is no one able to visit that question again including me.. How can I get rid of this ? Pls need advice ?
