Take the first equation and multiply it thru by 3, (all terms times 3) now rearrange your results and the 2nd equation so each has the y term on the left. What do you notice?

Most obvious to the casual observer, the two equations are the same, they are identities, and have an infinite number of solutions. I will leave it to you to classify that system.
