Since angle ACB is 35 and it is 1/2 it's arc, then arc AC is 70
So arc AC + arc EC = 82+70=152
That means arc AFE is 360-152=208
But arc AFE is the arc intercepted by the inscribed angle ACE which we are trying to find.
And since inscribed angles are 1/2 their intercepted arcs, angle ACE must be 1/2(208)=104
