Evaluate the indefinite interval: ind.int. of ((-5(x^3)-4)/x^3)dx. I brought the x^3 from the den. to the num as x^-3 and distributed it to the other two terms. ind.int. of (-5(x^0)-4(x^-3))dx from there, I'm shaky on what to do. the answer i got is -5x+2x^-2. Is this right?

I should have put +c on the end, too.

OpenStudy (turingtest):

\[\large\int{-5x^3-4\over x^3}dx\]? if so, then you are right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes. thank you for taking the time to check my work. I appreciate it.
