I'd suggest you draw the given angle, -(4pi/3), first. Hint: It'll be in the 2nd quadrant. Now try to determine, visually, what the corresponding positive angle is. Mathematically, you could obtain this positive angle by combining 2pi with -(4pi/3). Of course, your two results must be the same.
