lets divide the question into a few steps... in first open the bracket 5x - 28x - 63 = 5x + 4 no adding - 5x to both th sides we get 5x - 5x - 28x - 63 = 5x - 5x + 4 we get - 28x - 63 = + 4 no solve it further for getting the value of x..
