Sense I would want to give up: Smell because there are other ways to communicate with people and you really don't need to smell, there are really bad smells in the world and I don't think people would want to smell them :)

I came to this conclusion by process of elimination: I like to be able to hear and see things around me (I'm nosy. Or so my mom says.), I like to taste things, and I'd like to be able to smell things, and without touch, I wouldn't be able to feel pain, which is a good thing, because I hurt myself like 20 times a day... :(.

Before I answer the last part, how extensive would the loss of sense of touch be? Would I still feel pain, or does it depend on how deep a wound is, for example?

the thing about losing touch tho is that
you could bit off your own tongue and not realize
you could damage your eyes from rubbing them because you would not be able to feel if you had hurt them
yes you wouldn't feel much pain from broken arms and such, but without touch you could very easily kill yourself

just some fun facts for the people who said they would give up touch :)

you also wouldn't be able to walk without falling frequently and would loose most fine moter skills

kept on poking my mouth with a pencil the rest of the day :P
and had to be careful to not bite my tongue
