PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Find the equation of a line with the given points. (Put your answers in the form y = mx + b.) (6, 1) (5, 4)

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Hi, Anna! 1. Please use the slope formula to compute the slope of the line that passes through two given points. Then write out the "point-slope formula for a straight line." 2. Once you have that slope, m, choose one of the two given points and substitute m and the coordinates of one of the points into the "point-slope formula". Hope you'll look up these two formulas on your own, but if not, come back and we'll discuss this problem further. 3. The last step is to convert your final answer (above) into point-slope form.
