I'm not sure what rules your speaking of. It's been way too long since that math. It does seem that the figures are being reflected over the X-axis. so maybe the rule of reflection? I'm sorry, i really don't remember :/

um, if it IS the rule of reflection then doesn't that answer your question? what else do you need help with?
How many degrees did the object rotated? Is it 90
It rotated 180 degrees. if it had flipped 90 degrees it would look sideways. Since it looks like it flipped upside down that means it was 180. does that make sense?
