I forgot how to round decimals to the nearest tenth, silly me. Can someone help me i would give a medal??

Ok so, 7.28. look at the second number after the decimal. if it is 5 or higher, round the 2 ( in this case) to a three

In the next place over to the right, we have 8. that's larger than 5. So we drop everything after the tenths place to get 7.2 Then we bump that 2 up to 3 (since 8 is larger than 5) to get the final answer of 7.3

7.28010988928 the 2 after the decimal is the tenths place. to round, you would look at the number after it, and if it is a 5 and up then the 2 is a 3... so in this case, you would have 7.3... Hope I could help... btw I don't need a medal, i don't really care
