What is the value of the missing angle?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

100

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that doesn't fit though i think it is 80

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but the sum of pentagon angles is 540

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so that wont work...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that picture is confusing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it adds up to 100 but it wont fit in the picture

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the angle LOOKS less than 90 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well the sum of a 5 sided shape is 540 and if you take 90+90+130+130=440 and 540-440= 100

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know, but that picture... it doesn't work...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how? what do you mean it doesn't look like 90 degrees?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you ignore the pic. it is 100

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It LOOKS less than 90

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can put in the answers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

50 60 100 240

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohh i see what you mean. angle x is an acute angle. yeah i think there is something wrong with the picture. i thought you meant the angles marked 90 degrees didn't look 90 degrees!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are those answers for?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is a multiple choice question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh well mathematically it would be 100

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok. Thanks!
