Perhaps there was an error in the email you gave them, perhaps you accidentally misspelled a letter somewhere, so these are the most likely possibilities.

I am sorry that I do not know much about it. My guess would be some problems with the email system.

That's fine, i guess an e-mail system malfunction would be the best guess of a reason. Hopefully this gets fixed soon, we don't want to prevent potential users from becoming full-fledged users. :)
