Write an equation for the line shown in the graph.

Your table has five columns, four of which contain numeric data.
Look at the x- and y-values in any of these four columns.  How did the author get from x to y?  Look at the next column.  Again, how did the author get from x to y?  If  you can answer these questions correctly, you'll be a lot closer to being able to say whether the table represents a linear relationship or not.
