Which problems are associated with sickle-cell anemia? immune system oxygen respiration blood circulation blood clotting malaria

blood circulation and blood clotting I believe, because the shape of the sickle-cell anemia-affected cells are like bananas, which cannot flow properly and collect and get stuck in blood vessels, thus clotting blood inside of the body. This thus causes blood circulation problems because if the blood vessels are blocked, blood cannot circulate properly.
