Well since this question was asked two months ago, I'm assuming you've already completed the test. Anyways, I'm posting this for people who may look up this question in the future. Here are the answers:

3. A ( http://i.imgur.com/RDIvwoF.png) (This is pretty obvious. All you have to do is picture it being folded. I'm pretty sure you folded paper into a triangle before.)
